Celeste Pendant
Celeste Pendant
One of the more unusual items that I had come across. Celeste came in as an antique ring, with multiple hallmarks and a date for 1906. There was evidence that she had two shanks and then her head placed on. Clearly had sentimental importance to someone. However, there was evidence of lead on the inside of the shank as well as on the head. I made the decision to convert her into a pendant.
We know history doesn’t do the right thing sometimes and still wanted to celebrate a Victorian button that was likely treasured by someone. The diamond is in excellent condition and in the softest star setting.
